Look inside your glove-box. There should be a small sticker, usually near the left front just inside the glove-box door. There will be two set of numbers. The number set with 5 digits is your radio code.

I have a 2012 Honda Jazz. When I put the radio code in unit, the radio works for 2-3 minutes then shuts off. The radio then asks for the code again. The same thing then happens all over again.

Well the code will be requested when the radio loses power. Like when you change the car battery or pull the radio from the car. My hunch is that the radio is losing power then asking for the code. This power loss could be a fault within the radio, a bad fuse (find the fuse for the radio in one of the fuse blocks and replace it, should be in the manual), or a loose connection on the back of the radio (not likely unless someone has been working under the dash).

100% dead

display dead or not
or display works but all stations dead.
if 100%dead it can only be 3 things
1: fuse blow , i bet
2, wire cut to radio (called power B+)

2007 accord radio and heater don't work, battery died and I think it needs a "code"

occasionaly the code can be found on the radio, if not you can remove the radio, and call your local dealership and ask for the code. they'll ask you for some information regarding the vehicle and give you the code. They should ask for VIN number and serial number on the radio. Sometimes the code will be found in the owners manual or on the envelope containing it. hope this helps.

Well the raidio was asking for a code so without the code i started pushing number so then i went to bmw and recieved the code the dealer said to keep the ignition on for a hour then it will ask for code...

Ignition on and the radio on as well for the hour? Not many 97 BMWs still have their original radios still working, but I have never heard of one failing that way,

Disconnected battery now radio wont work is there an code

The radio is usually tied in with the anti-thief. If it is asking for a code then you probable have to remove the radio far enough to gei the serial number off it. Call a dealership with the radio serial number and then can give you the code. If it is not asking for a code then chances are it is an electrical problem with the radio maybe a fuse.
