Question about 2008 Dodge Ram 2500
Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 2008 displays "service required" but check engine light isn't on. Is there something I can do to make system happy. It doesn't specify type of service. Not sure but think the AC stopped working the same day and it was working fine. Any Idea

It is most likely the evaporator leaking. You'll need to remove the dash panel assembly and the heater housing to gain access. I have replace many Chrysler evaporators in trucks, minivans, and Jeeps to name a few. I hope this helps.

If you are looking for the fuse box diagrams or any other diagrams for your Ram, check promanuals.net for a factory service manual for around 20 bucks or so. It's an invaluable tool for my Ram 2500.

Not too much amperage. HID lights use less amps. Duh. The circuit is showing a failure in the HID kit from not enough amps so it turns off. You need to add a resistor.
