Wow, if the main crankshaft pulley is off, that's pretty hard to do.

but, I'll take your word for it.

I think that it's more likely that the accessories attached to the engine are not aligned to the crankshaft pulley.

Look for problems with the serpentine tensioner pulley, if you have the serpentine belt.

Look for stuck pulleys as well, that can make a belt break as the crankshaft forces the belt to try to turn the stuck pulley.

Good luck on this repair.

If the Harmonizer is replaced, what else can go wrong from the Harmonizer being broke

I think you mean the harmonic balancer. Thats the pulley on the crankshaft the serpentine belt runs on.
I doubt anything else would be damaged as long as the crankshaft is ok other than the belt.

2002 F150 the serpentine belt just broke. I think there is something wrong more than broken belt. The belt doesnt look bad>

check your tensioner and idler pullys for free movement. then check all your accessory pullys for operation. if that all checks out then it was just a defective belt

Crankshaft pullys drift in and out about one quarter of an inch throwing outside belt also making noise but it doesnt sound internal

your crankshaft shouldn't be moving that much. you need to check to see if your pully is loose or not, if pully is tight to crank and the whole crankshaft is moving that much then the thrust is out on crank and oil pan should be removed and thrust bearing checked. may have to remove and tear down engine to have crank and engine block checked at machine shop.

it means that your crankshaft pulley comes out and the crankshaft key must have gone off thats why it shreds the belt due to misalignment. you need to pull down the complete belts, cooling fan to pull down the pulley using a puller to investigate the problem.

the belt normally is tured by the crankshaft witch in turn, turns all other pullies so you could have a bad starter, flywheel, broke cranckshaft, or even a seezed pully

Serpentine belt slips off idler pulley

The A/C pully is supposed to spin freely until the AC is activated to run.. The cranshaft pully does not. Replace the tensioner pully. The belt has to fit in between the grooves on the pullys.

How do i change my crank sensor

pretty easy it has one ten mm bolt holding it down ethier on the trasmmision side (bellhousing) or on the belt side near the crankshaft (main belt pulley) it will have a single thick black lead coming off it and this should turn into a three wire plug it may be located under the crank shaft pully and would require you remove the belts and the pully and if so you would need a stong impact gun or honda crank pully holder and a breaker bar i would look here first i think it is behind there, unplug and unbolt this and make sure if there are any shims or spacers under it that they go back how they were i am assuming you have no spark? or an intermittin stall situation?
