It's the clutch. It might need to be bled of air or have parts like the slave and master cylinder replaced if leaking fluid.

My car starts just replaced an altenator belt and now the car wont shift into gear is making a grinding noise

Presumably manual transmission.

Car probably won't go into gear because the clutch is stuck or won't clear.

There is no obvious connection between the alternator belt and the clutch unless perhaps being careless in the engine compartment the clutch hydraulic pipe or cable adjustment got damaged.

I have troubles shifting gears they grind. The clutch pedal is very weak and low but it still spring up a little. What could be wrong?

If a manual clutch , adjust the free play at the clutch fork around 1/8 inch. if hydraulic top up fluid or bleed out air.

Replaced clutch and now won't shift into 1st, 3rd, or 5th gear

if it worked before why a new clutch,,,(context wins, here/??????)
ok, so you the clutch is failing,
you never posted the symtoms, not really
does car start in gear with clutch depresses, or start to move
does car take off in 1st ?
or is it just moving fast issues>????
cant up shift, cant down shift
hard to shift. (blocks)
grinds.

my wild guess, based on no input is the clutch linkage,
was never adjustED
the side kicks (not sport 1.8L) all have
cable clutches, and the 1 inch rule stated here.
i bet you didnt adjust it or the linkage splines are damaged.
or the pedal is cracked , caused by bad cable.
always replace the cable first. is it breaks other things if not.

2000 mazda 626 5 speed manual transmission is stuck in a gear and won't shift out

A clutch problem will not interfere with gear selection when the engine is off and the car stationary.

It does seem like you have a gearbox or gear linkage trouble.

Honda civic 97 gear shifter replaced and is grinding on metal

It's all in the linkage set-up right there where it feels so awful, you wanna pull it out and throw it away. Well, don't, because there is a fix for it that will make it nice and crisp and smooth,...well, just like new, in other words. That is, of course, as long as the grinding sound didn't come from inside the trransmission. That is another issue entirely, and sounds like clutch adjustment required.
What I'm referring to fix is the sloppy feel of the gear shifter as you try to run through the gears. All old honda and toyota owners must have experienced this. IIRC, the honda linkage is kind of complicated, but full of a few plastic bushings and pieces that wear over time, wear so bad in fact, they start feeling shoddy. It's easy enough to get a parts list of the gear shift linkage. I think there may even be suppliers out there with kits available to rebuild the whole linkage set-up. Or you could opt for a low mileage part from a salvage yard. Good luck on your '97. Honda had some good home runs. That '81 accord was a quirky little beast, though, but worth it for the awesome gas mileage.

My tata magic doesnot shift to 2nd gear in fact

Could be gearbox failure, a sticky gear linkage, or a shot clutch

get under the car and look to see if the linkages are straight and not bent or jammed.

Most likely be that or the clutch

My third gear grinds when i shift to third it doesnt grind when i double clutch up all the time but it grinds on the down shift double clutch or not how can i solve this?

Has the transmission been serviced? A transmission oil change and lubricant additive may help, however, it sounds as though you have a 3rd gear synchronizer going bad. Verify the shift linkage is not worn and is secure at the shifter and transmission be for spending any cash. If the linkage is good and the fluid change does not help after 150 miles, you might want to visit your favorite transmission shop.
Good luck and let me know.
