If as you say power is definitely reaching the tail light, it could be that the ground is not there to complete the circuit.

Your solution is a new combination switch,It also sounds like the hazard are activated and is non operation interfering with the brake light, but either way the solution is a combination swith

HEADLIGHT SWTCH IS GOOD TAIL LIGHTS DONT WORK CAN PUT JUMPER ON BROWN WIRE ON HARNESS AND FORCE THEM ON BUT??????

it sounds like there is a possible break in the wire from the point you jumped it towards the front of the car to the headlight switch.if you can jump this wire going towards the front of the car and the tail lights work keep going until the lights don`t work, this is the area the break is.you just have to narrow down the area that is the break.you say the headlight switch is good did you check the wire at the switch for the tail lights,as a switch will work only on part of the circuit if there is a problem with it.

All my lamp indicator lights keep flashing. blickers work. when you step on break the break lights work. but when driving no tail lights

First replace the tail light bulbs. The tail light and brake lights are different filaments in the same bulb. it is very possible for the tail lights to go out while brake lights still work. And somtimes the tail lights can blow out together.
If you change the bulbs and still dont work then look for other problems.

Head lights work, brake lights work, blinkers work, tail lights dont, replaced all fuses and bulbs

did you change any relays  swap some relays to see if you can get the tail lights working but something else will fail    do you mean marker lights  make sure you used the correct bulb type  many are dual filament bulbs and will not work right if you used single filament bulbs

I have a 1997 dodge intrepid my brake lights are not working but the tail lights are so which bulb is the brake light , the one one on right or left.

first of all do you have a third brake light and does it work???? you could have a bad brake light switch turn on the head lights check all rear lamps then put on the 4 way flashers and check the bulbs the ones that dont light should be the brake lights or replace the tail lights they should be double fillament

Could you take out a bulb and with a testlight/probe check that you do in fact have power to that circuit .Also check that they are the correct bulb for that application I have seen people put indicator bulbs in where therse supposed to be a double filament bulb.Does the base of the bulbs lead contacts line up with the two steel terminals inside the plug?
