Question about 1994 Chevrolet Camaro
You have a vacuum that is bad under the hood,going to the firewall,it is collasped,or broken,or has come off,it is just a vacuum problem.If this was helpful,please rate,thank you.

It's most likely a vacuum line, look
under your hood (close to the cowl panel) for a disconnected, cracked
or broken vacuum line.
In some rear cases, it could be the
vacuum switch (in dash). Or vacuum diaphragm (under dash).
