You may try driving the vehicle a while to see if it helps,if it does not relearn, have the dealer reflash the computer.

2004 Trailblazer 6 cyl. idles too low and sometimes will kill but runs great. A scan code of P0606 comes up which relates to the pcm but this has been going on for over a year and it helps idle better...

The low idle could be caused by a dirty throttle body (TB). Take the TB off the intake and clean it thoroughly front and back sides. While doing the cleaning, disconnect the battery to reset the PCM. This will allow it to relearn to the cleaned TB.
As far as the P0606 code, it is possible that the PCM only needs to be reflashed (memory reloaded). This can only be done by a GM dealer.

Engine cuts off when heater is turned on

You need to have the throttle body cleaned, because of grime build up on the butterfly, idle speed is too low and when HVAC is turned on it loads it more. Make sure that the battery is disconnected during the cleaning so that the computer gets reset, and is allowed to relearn to the newly cleaned throttle body.

The idle on my 2005 trailblazer is low , and the vehicle shuts-down whenever I turn on the ac.

You vehicle has an idle air solenoid that increases engine speed under a load at idle , they get carbon build up and stop working, some can be cleaned some have to be replaced, ck with your local mechanic, he may just clean it!

My trailblazer has a idling problem, the battery gage is dropping when sitting at lights etc.thought it was altenator but changed it out still having the problem when it is sitting still it is idling to...

Very low idle will cause a very low voltage output from alternator, so nothing unusual about that. At low idle the truck is basically drawing from the battery, not the alternator. As soon as you cure the idle problem, the alternator gauge reading will return to normal.
