Question about 2007 Dodge Ram Truck
Since the problem happens louder as you apply weight to a given wheel I would suspect you have a bad wheel bearing. Having a thump type sound on every revolution is an indicator that its wheel related. Also I have seen the steel tread seperate in a tire causing this same issue. Rotating the tires will take the wheels out of the picture if they are not the problem
