Fallow this Procedure if it Does Not Work then Yes It Could Be BCM only if it Does NOT CRANK when You Attempt to START ENGINE

Lock ALL Doors BY the LOCK BUTTON Wait 1 Minute, Then UNLOCK The DRIVER DOOR WITH KEY, This should Deactivate the ARMING of FACTORY Alarm System.

04 pont gp 3.8 won`t crank but if u hold in start pos.2-3sec.it will crank & start batt. conections are cleaned

No guessing here ,testing the starter system , controls ,wiring etc... is the way to diagnose this . The starter is control by the PCM - engine computer through a relay . The ignition switch is an input to the BCM .
Here is how the factory service manual tell's how it works
Circuit Description
When the ignition switch is placed in the Start position a discrete 12 volts signal is supplied to the BCM notifying it that the ignition is in the Start position. The BCM then supplies a class 2 message to the PCM notifying it that CRANK has been requested. At the same time the BCM is supplying 12 volts for the IGN 1 relay closing it and supplying battery positive voltage for the Crank relay coil. The PCM verifies that the transmission is in Park or Neutral. If it is, the PCM grounds the control circuit of the Crank relay. When this occurs battery positive voltage is supplied through the switch side of the Crank relay to the S terminal of the starter solenoid.

Rather then guessing , your best bet would be to take it to a qualified repair shop that has the diagnostic equipment an knowledge to test it .

Where is the alarm controll box on the 03 malibu

Alarm box ? You mean anti-theft system ?
The Passlock?"¢ System is provided in order to prevent vehicle theft if the ignition lock cylinder is forced to rotate or the ignition switch is operated while separated from the ignition lock cylinder case. If starting is attempted without authorization from the Passlock?"¢ System, the powertrain control module (PCM) will disable engine starting. Start disable may be in the form of fuel disable or starter disable, depending on engine application.
The components of the Passlock?"¢ System are as follows:
?€¢
The ignition lock cylinder and key

?€¢
The ignition lock cylinder case, including the Passlock?"¢ sensor

?€¢
The ignition switch

?€¢
The body control module (BCM)

?€¢
The security indicator on the instrument cluster

?€¢
The powertrain control module (PCM)

Body Control Module (BCM)
The body control module (BCM) contains the logic of the Theft Deterrent System. The BCM provides the battery positive voltage to operate the Pass lock" sensor. The BCM also measures the voltage of the security sensor signal circuit. The voltage measured will indicate whether the Pass lock sensor has been activated and whether the resistance value from the sensor is a valid value or the tamper value. If voltage measured is in the valid range, the BCM compares this voltage, voltage code, to a previously learned voltage code. If the voltage codes match, the BCM sends a class 2 message containing a password to the powertrain control module (PCM). If the voltage codes do not match, or the voltage is in the tamper range, or there is a circuit fault, the BCM will not send the correct password to the PCM, and the vehicle will not start.
there is nothing you can do , if your vehicle won't start you need to take it to the dealer or a ASE certified repair shop. Messing with the anti-theft system may render your vehicle useless .

Won;t start red blinking light is on checked staarter relay and fuse #3 they were good help me please i need my car

Red blinking light , anti-theft system ! Your best bet is take it to the dealer (tow) . This starting system is controlled by a computer , be it a BCM - body control module or the PCM powertrain control module . Very complicated messaging between the BCM an PCM on CCD serial data bus Takes place . You need a factory scan tool to diagnose these type problems .

My 2001chevy blazer security light came on while driving went back off after few minutes now car stalls and then want start up until hours later codes show o2sensor misfires tps and security alarm ???

What type scan tool are you using ? or are you using a code reader ? The SECRUITY -anti-theft system codes are stored in the BCM not the PCM !You need a factory scan tool or a professional grade one to check Body Control Module DTC'S -diagnostic trouble codes !
The theft deterrent system has been incorporated into the body control module (BCM). The theft deterrent is provided in order to prevent the vehicle operation if the correct key is not used in order to start the vehicle. The ignition key turns the lock cylinder. The cylinder rotation produces an analog voltage code in the Passlock?"¢ sensor. This voltage code is received by the BCM. The BCM compares the voltage code to the previously learned voltage code. If the codes match, a class 2 message is sent from the BCM to the powertrain control module (PCM)/vehicle control module (VCM). The message enables the fuel injectors.

Have a 1998 dodge minivan,PCM,was replaced. now door locks and rear window wiper comes on by itself while driving or parked. gas gauge will get stuck on empty line off and on. we were told can be BCM, is...

If it has something to do with the BCM , there would probably have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored , An just replace a BCM would cause more problems , same with PCM's ! These modules need to be configured and programmed . Also ,without testing no one could say for sure that the BCM is bad . That would be a guess ! Door locks locking an unlocking could be a bad switch input to the BCM . Watch this video plus part 2 and 3

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS LOCK AND UNLOCK THE DRIVERS DOOR WITH THE KEY, THIS DEACTIVATES THE FACTORY ALARM SYSTEM, AND YES YOUR VAN DOES HAVE A SECURITY SYSTEM AND A TRANSPONDER KEY, IF THE PROBLEM CONTINUES YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE DEALER RECHECK THE WORK THEY DID, THEY HAVE TO PROGRAM THE MODULE FOR YOUR CARS SECURITY CODE, MAYBE THEY DID THAT WRONG, UNTIL THEY RETEST THE BCM THERE IS NO WAY WAY TO KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS HERE, THE BCM CONTROLS THE FACTORY SECURITY SYSTEM ON THIS VAN, SO ASSUME THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE NEW BCM'S PROGRAMMING...
