Hi, this problem is only caused by one thing, that is a failed Rack And Pinion Steering unit, you will need to have it replaced and the power steering pump flushed out.

at this point I would suggest that there is a problem with the directional valves in the box or hose condition as the pressure for the right is the same as for the left
it is not getting that pressure through the valve to assist with the turn
have an accredited steering specialist shop check it out

The steering becomes hard then easy then hard then easy. It is present when turning left and right.

I assume you've checked belt condition, belt tension, as well as fluid level?

1992 ford f150 4by4 power steering only easy to the left hard to the right already replaced the pump and believe i've bled all the air from system.

To bleed the right line turn the wheel all the way to the right with the engine running. Once all the way right hold the wheel and shut the engine off. Let it sit for several minutes and restart. See it that does it. If not pop off your center steering link. If the wheel turns super easy in both directions, check front end components.

My power steering went out the other morning but it started working again. I was thinking maybe i needed some fluid in it but could not find the power steering pump and where to put the fluid at. Its an 07...

It should be on the lower right hand side in front of engine, look at your serpentine belt and it should wrap around a pulley that operates the pump, will be small, and if you find the right resivior, it will have a small dipstick attached to the cap, this will be the power steering put, be careful not to overservice, or premature failure may result. It is most likely just low on fluid and when you make a turn the level rises slightly enough to pick up fluid to operate the assisted steering.

Replace Fuel Filter

Just unbolt it on top and bottom and replace (remember to use two wrenches so that you don't break the hard fuel line or the mounting bracket).
The filter is located directly beneath the windshield washer fluid resivior. You will have to remove the washer fluid resivior and possibly the brake fluid resivior as well as they both get in the way.

Disconnect the filter on a surface were it's OK to spill gas on the ground, when you take the hose of it will pour out it's contents.
