Question about 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
The fuse for the front and rear power outlets are fuse's 5 and 6.
As for the leak in the tubing or hose you will have to pull the trim off the D pillar where the hose is routed.
The hose runs from the bottle up into the pillar and then to the pray nozzle on the rear window.
You have to remove the trim where the water is leaking down, Now if that particular trim has a bolt or screws holding it in place remove these, then if no more screws or bolts, pull firmly on the trim outwards to disengage the retaining clips.
You can do this with any other trims that you may need to remove, Just follow the tubing to find the crack or leak and replace the hose.
Hope this has helped, please let me know if you need more information.

Check owners manual could be more then one fuse like under the hood and under the dash or in the side panel of center console.
On some models they were under the center on the dash, behind the radio and a/c controls unit.
