Hi,

Too much fuel in the fuel-air mixture is referred to as too rich, and not enough fuel is too lean. The mixture is normally adjusted by one or more needle valves on an automotive carburetor.
You need to consult a skilled automobile repair person to check the fuel intake to the left cylinder bank.

Please let me know if you need further help else please accept the resolution.
Thank You for contacting Fixya.

What does it mean when it said to lean bank 1

It means that one side of the engine cylinders are running too lean of a fuel mixture Bank one is the left side of the engine. Put a fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank first. Once it has had time to do its work, test again. If it's still lean, then look at the injectors and the control module for a fix.

2004 dodge ram 1500 4X4 5.7 hemi - runs rough & dies at slow speeds but okay at fast speeds. diagnostic code P0157 o2 circuit low voltage bank 2 sensor 2 is shown. how to fix?

Usually the code means the O2 sensor is faulty.
But in your case it could mean there is a problem with the fuel system on bank two. Bank two is the side with cylinder two.
A low voltage reading from the sensor would mean that side is very lean if the sensor is working and the sensor in front of the catalytic converter shows the same readings.

I got a code P1150 only 2000 Sienna LE, which I guess means Bank 2 Sensor 1. I am looking at Denso replacement part. It has upstream left (234-9007) and upstream right (234-9009). Is bank 2 sensor 1,...

Ravi, I also have the same issue and confused between upstream left and right location.

I have problem with bank 2 sensor 1 and want to purchase a part. There are two part numbers 234-9007 for upstream left and 234-9009 for right.

So not sure the one on radiator (bank 2 sensor 1) side is upstream left or upstream right.

If you already know can you please reply?

My engine diagnostics codes came up P0171 and P0174, both banks lean. What does this mean?

Most likely,a fuel filter is bad,or the fuel pump is weak, have the fuel filter replaced,if it still is there, have the fuel pressure checked, the fuel pump maybe going bad.

Diagnostic computer code is (p0174) system too lean, bank 2 what does this mean?

Had the same problem with a Expedition...you can try cleaning the MAF, but also make sure your spark plugs are in good shape. The plugs on my 5.4 were all oil fouled and I had bank 1 and 2 lean codes (left and right cylinder heads)
