Question about 1996 Chevrolet S-10 Pickup
Most likely in these circumstances it is the fuel pump which is located in the fuel tank. I would locate the fuel filter and remove. Blow through it. If it seems like there is any resistance, replace it. While the filter is off, turn the key and see if fuel flows out, carefully!! Let me know if you need anything else.
