Im assuming that you are talking about the FLASHERS for turning and hazard lights, the Flasher is located front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in bottom of convenience panel.

I suggtes check the Service Manual ZJ-Secc-8W-Wiring-Diagrams (page 8). Also, you have a nice SUV, me too have an 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2L MFI 8cyl.

Hope help with this (remember rated this).

Need to know where the flasher is

I would look for a fuse. A lot of flashers are controlled electronically anymore. Do any of the flashers work? Do the 4 way flashers work?

My turn signals have stopped working. I replaced a bulb, thinking that was the problem but they still dont work. I think it may be the actual turn signal switch (in the steering column) but was wondering...

The flasher relay is mounted in the main fuse panel under the dash, driver's side. Are the lights coming on at all, or is there nothing ? it is possible that you may have a bad ground wire to the signals. Do the emergency hazards work ( lighting up and flashing?)If so, then your ground is good and it could very well be the flasher. You should be able to switch the emergency flasher for the turn flasher for a test of the circuit. The flashers should be mounted side by side in the fuse panel - just exchange them and test. If so, keep the emergency flasher there and take the turn flasher in to replace. The parameters should be the same so you can just leave the E. flasher relay in place and out the turn flasher where the E. flasher was.

Blinker stopped working, but the hazard lights still work - I think it's a blown fuse but how and where do I fix the fuse

There is 2 different flashers. One flasher for the turn signals and one flasher for the hazards. If you turn on the turn signals and the turn indicator on the dash lights up but doesn't blink, then most likely it is the turn signal flasher that is bad. Good luck.

My blinkers cut on and off when the want

try looking up under the dash on the drivers side, your flasher unit may be round or rectangular and should have 3 pins look for a unit of similar size and try it. Same thing happened to me- took half my dash out before realising it was right under my nose. Hope this helps.

Turn lights stay on

U will need to replace the electronic flasher for the turn signals, it is a small square module, refer to the following for replacement instructions.

Most Northstar Cadillacs have the turn signal flasher just to the left of the steering column... it that electronic square flasher. Most auto parts don't even carry them & as far as I know are only available through AC/Delco. So, a AC Delco parts outlet or the dealer are the only places to find them.
To access the flasher, you have to remove knee booster & the metal plate behind it, then "fish" to the left of the access hole for the unit... it's clip to the dash, so you sometimes have to fight with it a little.

Turning signals have stoped flashing.

The hazard flasher is located in the convenience center, under the dash, on the left side kick panel. The turn signal flasher is installed in a clamp attached to the base of the steering column support inside the car.
hope this helps!
