Its a 1990 fifth avenue, why would you even think of putting time and money into fixing ABS....It was optional equipment in 1990,and is just like driving any car without ABS...

The fron end of my 91 chrysler fith ave shakes after 80 kms, what would cause this

Usually wheel shake at speed is a wheel balance needed.Although it is good to have the vehicle checked for any worn suspension bushes/balljoints.
I hope this helps or get back to me with your findings.

I need a manule for chrysler new yorker fith ave 1993 for free

I hate to provide you with bad news, but you will not be able to get the entire manual for free on a site like this......the main reason copyright......there are companies out there that produce manuals, like Haynes and Gregorys and they spend alot of time and energy and will not be happy if this site provided that info for free....second reason, the law, it is against the law to reproduce any original material more than 10%...if you ask for a specific problem, then we are more than happy to provide you with that informatioin with no hesitation for free.............

I have taken mine out. You have to get in the trunk and locate the 2 bars holding the rear seat to the backrest. You can see them easily, as they are us shaped. Take a flat head screwdriver, preferably a large one, and slightly bend the bars outward. Then once you get in the back seat give the top of the backseat a good yank out and up, it should come right out.
