Question about 1984 Toyota Celica
1984 Toyota celica wont start. one can hear a clicking when attempting to start, only when you play with the clutch and rock the car will it then start. we have tried replacing the starter. help?
Ther is a switch either on the floor or on the clutch pedal that wears out ....it is to prevent car from starting without clutch pedal being depressed...should be simple two wire connection and ea easy replacement....I have tested them by jumping the two wires to see if car starts,,,though you should have car in neutral and park brake on to be safe....good luck...Lee
