Question about 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee
4x4 shifter wont stay in low range. How do I adjust the shifting arm?
If you look under the jeep by the transfercase
you will see the shifter for the 4wd a arm with a rod is on this goes to the tranfercase,, there is a ajuster on it if you turn the rod to the to the left with a plyers this will make it longer try a cpl turns at a time untill you feel it is locking in low range
