Question about 1994 Toyota Pickup

My 1988 toyota camary le was running and suddenly sputtered out. tried starting it again it ran for a short time before cutting back off. now it continue to turn, turn, turn but will not start. can any one give me any advice ?

a thought you may want to remove the fuel filter and see if it is blocked if you cant do this yourself a simple test can be performed a fuel pump pressure test if your fuel filter is good you may have a week fuel pump if this was helpful please leave me good feedback

Clean or replace the IAC valve (idle air control valve), this is located on the lower part of the throttle body. Also I recommend performing a full tune up!!

Your fuel pump could well be giving up the ghost.Do you hear a uneven buzzing sound from the rear?
We also replace a lot of overvoltage protection relays.Also,on that baby Benz ,don't overlook the distributor cap or ignition wires with the high humidity.Replace them with Bosch if marginal.

I have a 1988 jeep wrangler that seems to have developped a problem of cutting out after running for 15 or 20 minutes.this problem happens at random times,any rpm,any mph,any weather,etc..I,ve changed...


im not sure if it is your problem but i would try replacing your throttle position sensor on the throttle body. it has a simple two wire conector and two torx bolts. mine was cutting out and stalling and sputtering and that was my fix
