Hi, the light in question means the immobilizer is staying on, you either contact the dealer if the car is under warranty or a car tech with the relevant software that will gain access to the immobilizer system to pinpoint the particular part of the system causing the immobilizer to stay on. One likely thing to check first would be the key aerial around the lock, sometimes they can develop fault and not receiving signal from the key itself.
Take care

How to disable alarm?

does it crank or not.?????
the IMMObilizer on this car does NOT cut cranking .
it cuts fuel (then spark) it only prevents running....
so what is next, easy!
is the IMMO lamp off in dash?
do say what step fails.
  1. you insert the key.
  2. turn to ign, on.
  3. the CEL glows (dash and the immo glows and goes out)
  4. the IMMo must not flash. (or see"NOkey" in dash)
  5. if the IMMo does not go out, it will never start (by design)
  6. it might run 2 seconds, but that is of on concern... it needs run to drive.
here are some SKIM /SKIS (IMMO) features

I cant start my car because it has immobilised

factory IMMO or Aftermarket?
how do you know that, dash cluster lamp IMMO glows.
how? or just wont start and you assume it?
It is an option, i checked. on the new car.

due to battery disconnected?
or you did so to reset IMMO?
you need to check fuses first.
then scan the PCM first

disconnect battery longer.? say 1/2hr
do so at the NEG lug. for safety
IMMOs are reset them selves each key on, but
pulling battery can help. but the IMMO will need to discharge
its internal capacitors fully, thus the 1/2 hr delay.
there are tricks to discharge faster but, that varies.

How to open in security

this is a USA forum and all answers are for USA cars
unless you fess up to your country, (non have, but just warning you)!

my guess you meant.
  1. car dash warning shows Immobilizer light (read the oper guide yet)
  2. car cranks ok, but will not run. (most immo cut fuel, not spark)
(how to open security, means nothing) try to explain what that means.
my guess, is you're guessing the IMMO is INOP

some cars are fitted with IMMO,
only you know that, and has a dash lamp and the glove box operators guide explains ALL that.

with no fuel, spark is useless
with no spark, fuel can't burn. Mr, otto cycle engines. ICE.
your engine cuts fuel (the brain) if it thinks there is no spark.
So spark checks are first. if not below.
if the IMMO is unhappy the engine will never run, by DESIGN.

My engine cuts out while driving?

the IMMO lamp dont lie, why not watch it. , yous said think but dont know your dash lights?
why not read the operators guide on that lamp.
it does talk, it does blink, each has meaning. (off , on , blink)
i dont have toy opr guides, seems they are hard to find.
my searching shows IMMO started in 1999 (USA)
or 1998 in Germany so what car do you have , uSA car. we dont know that.so.................................
http://www.ocls.com/toyota_xponder.htm

engine stalls, if it does it after 3 second running
its not IMMO, its one of 4 major system failures.
or stuck open EGR valve.

1: lost DC power to EFI

2: lost compression x4 or x6 as case may apply.
3: lost spark
4: bad fueling
there are tests for each path using simple cheap tools.
got tools,

dose CHECK engine light come on driving?
if yes, why not scan it.

do you have full batteryvoltage. 12.6v at the battery terminals
I waited a few minutes and the dash board lights started coming
that means the battery is dead.
the dash waring lights must come on ,at key on, fast
if not we fix that first. that means power lost, 12vdc power loss.
use a voltmeter. at battery

IIRC:
the green key means IMMO very unhappy
so did you try (only no rings or other keys) the IMMO master key
the car comes with 2 keys,. never lose both.
IMMO= immobilizer, engine cranks but fuel is cut , IMMO doing its job.
