Hi, the light in question means the immobilizer is staying on, you either contact the dealer if the car is under warranty or a car tech with the relevant software that will gain access to the immobilizer system to pinpoint the particular part of the system causing the immobilizer to stay on.
One likely thing to check first would be the key aerial around the lock, sometimes they can develop fault and not receiving signal from the key itself.
