You might have, and this is from your explanation without seeing, of course, may be a wheel bearing issue.
First, the brake pulsation is due to warped brake rotors, and they should be replaced, but the bearing in your case could also be an issue. The bearings also have a wheel speed sensor in them and that will effect the tration control. Get it checked out!
