There should be a belt tentioner, go to autozone and ask for a component location on the belt tensioner, they will print out a little paper for you showing you the belt routing and wich pulley the belt is being tentioned by, once you spot it, look and see if you will need either a plain 3/8ths rachet or a sized wrench tool, if its a little square then you just need a rachet if its a nut then use a wrench, and just turn it either clockwise of counter clockwise to loosen the belt and thats it.

Want to bypass powersteering pump on 94 grand caravan 3.3 liter 6 cylinder, pulley making loud noise need new belt size and serpintine diagram if its possible

that's not possible all of those vehicles came stock with power steering so all belt dimensions are taking the power steering pump into consideration, the only one that would change would be the A/C belt depending on whether or not your vehicle came with it or not,a used power steering pump should only cost just a little bit more then a new serpentine belt, hope this helps and good luck

Squileeng with the belt

I need to know why you changed the power steering pump and the belt. It sounds like you had a problem and replaced the wrong component. You chould change whatever component is locked up behind the pulley and replace the belt. Let me know if this helps.
