Question about 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander
This code relates to a small leak. If you have looked and cannot find it (maybe its too small) then I think the only way will be to have the service garage smoke test the system to locate the fault. Sometimes I think the measures taken by the diagnostics routines to prevent even the slightest emission (and it will be very slight according to the code) are excessive. Good luck
