Check cylinder # 5 injector elec. wire, with test light, and engine running, disconnect injector # 5 harness, one wire should alway have voltage, now reverse test light at battery, now you will be checking ground, probe other wire, ground should flash, if you don't have none,or just one, look for a break in the wiring harness.
