I feel as through i don't have any power when I give it gas .My car felt like it was not getting enough gas then started shaking then that's when it felt as if I lost half the power and then stalled. This sounds like a bad sparkplug wires or a coil pack, i would start with a tune up first and go from there, the most common problem of this sort i see is the car is in need of a tune up, some times it ends up also needing a coil pack, the coil pack is the part that the sparkplug wire hook to.

I just purchased a 2007 B4000 5 speed stick and I can feel a constant vibration (not a rhythmic one) through the shifter, gas pedal (I can feel it constantly through the sole of my shoe), and clutch pedal,...

could be a broken engine / trans mount unfortunately a common finding nowadays
if your familiar with tools use a large wrench on a large bolt located someplace on front of SHUT off engine gently but with force attempt to move engine North/east/south/west if it moves any direction more than 1/4 inch in respect to car body (not ground) yep you got a broken one

ooh also ck clutch master cyl fluid level (not brake master cyl) for correct level if low u got a leaky slave cyl

No speed when gas pedal is to floor tranny light came on

With the oil light coming on and the brake pedal being hard to press I would say that the engine stopped hence no vacuum -no power assist from the booster.- hard brake pedal. The lock uo feeling may come from the engine seizing up while you were still in gear

Brake pedal feel (pedal nearly hitting the floor) brake have been bleed and serviced if you press the pedal once they feel chap --- then press them again the brakes feel great the abs is working ok

I would bleed the brakes one more time to make sure, and also ensure that the brake fluid is full. But it sounds like your power booster is giving you trouble. That is the round cylinder that is attached to your master cylinder.

Blazers in park = rattling noise ..... Blazers in drive = whining sound & while driving on interstate (ranging 35mph-65mph) I can feel it hesitate when I press on gas almost as if it can't (but it doe)...

have you had the catalytic converter checked. When they break apart they will make a rattle ling noise. eventually the broken pieces will plug the exhaust and cause a lack of power feeling. When the exhaust is cold hit the bottom of the catalytic converter with your hand. If it rattles it is bad and needs to be replaced.

My 98 mercedes e320 vibrates when on idle

If the vibration is felt especially when you put the car in drive or when in park if you goose the gas pedal and you feel the whole car vibrate then look to replace the transmission mount. When they weak you can feel a vibration through out the whole car especially when in drive.

Accelaration loss of power

I'd have a fuel pressure test done to be sure, it isn't fuel related again. Takes 5 or 10 minutes so cost should be minimal. The other thing that comes to mind is a plugged exhaust. (catalytic converter) Quite possible on a 10yr.old vehicle.
