There could be a couple of different reasons. The system could be low, or a sensor could be bad. Check out this website, it is VERY helpful. Good luck!

Rear end ratio

Being that it is a one ton I would expect it to ride rough. It is made for hauling a heavy load. If you want to improve ride quality you will loose hauling capacity unless you spend the money for an air ride suspension system.

Rear brake shoe replacement on a 98 chevy 3500 dually

If you have drums on the rer yes you do have to remove the axle its simple though you unbolt the 6-8 bolts on the end of the axle then it just simply slides out thats it there mite be some resistance but there isnt anything else holding it in. and you dont have to worry about putting it back into the same spot eather just slide it back in and line up the drum.

I just bought a 1998 C/K 3500 Chevrolet crew cab dually and the previous owner installed (white) driving lights on the front lower bumper. The fuse was blown and they don't work. I live in Virginia...

wire a relay parallel into the low beam light power wires
run a fuse controlled wire from the battery to the relay
when in low beam the relay activates to turn on the lights
when in high beam there is no power to activate the relay so the lights go out
If you read the regulation carefully , you will see that is also required to have a separate on/off switch for the lights

Hello, the rear axel seal on my Dodge Ram Dually

is not that bad just take the tires off then take the diff cover off take the drum or disc off on some truck there is four bolts on the end of the axle tube that you have to remove to get the axle out. but, if you look insider the diff and see two clips that look like a c ust take the bar that runs threw the middle of the diff and holds the spider gears inplace and keeps the axle from moving back and forth out and push the axles in and remove the clips then pull the axle out and rip the sear out and install the new one.

Very little air when air conditioner is on

I took mine to the dealer and they found a plastic back hand been sucked up into where the blower pulls air in by the passenger feet.. Good luck. Dealer charged $75.00 to pull it out.

Will a rear end out of E350 Ford interchange with a Chevy 3500 dually

Is the c/k 3500 4 wheel drive? If it is 4WD,you must retain the same gear ratios for both front and rear axles,or the transfer case will be damaged. If it is 2 wheel drive, you can install any gear you like.I believe the Ford E350 rear axle is a Dana 70,as i have rebuilt 2 of that model, along with Dana 60's.The Ford unit likely will not be a bolt in.It will probably require professionally welding new mount brackets on the Ford axle housing. The width needs to be measured from inside the brake backing plate to the other brake backing plate to see if it will physically fit.Good luck.
