Every vehicle has some attachments that are hard to find, look carefully along the arm rest, door latch mechanismn, plastic cover, the door lock/window rocker switch assembly may need tobe /removed/unclipped, also be certain the window is "down" when you do this, in some instances the screws have small plastic"caps" that cover them its a decorative trim type design that may need to be carefully pryed out to gain access to the phillips screw heads, once you find the culprit and have it loosened, you have to easily pull the lower panel towards you on a slight angle away from the door....then with an upward light pust and at the same time a light palm hit against the top of the panel, you will witness the panel free itself from the door skin, be aware the adjustable mirror if so equipped may have a cable that needs to be removed also prior to pulling the panel. Make a physical note of all the parts and where they go for ease of installation.
Once apart inspect the wiring harness and all its connections inside the door and also going into the door through a rubber conduit that enters the front of the door near the front door hinges and coming from the "A" post pillar, a look inside this conduit may reveal a break in the wiring as a possible culprit for your problem.

Check for a bad switch in the door.
Water leaking from the rag top-door seal joint often drains into the switch, causing a short or bad contact eventually.

Search Saab forums for your year and model to get advice on the driver's window. Re the heated seats not turning off -- try spraying some WD40 into the switch and turning on/off several times to clean it. If that doesn't work, you'll need to take out the switch and either repair or replace it.

I have a 2004 9-3 and the passenger side window, mirror and lock don't have power the fuse is good. Any ideas? thanks Kim

This is common. Try disconnecting the harness at the door connector (by the door check and hinges) and then reconnecting the connector. Test. Still and issue, disconnect the battery's negative battery connection. If that doesn't do it, you will have to go to a Saab dealership with a Tech II and have them update the software for the Passenger Door Module and re-add the Module in programming.
