Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan

Hard to tell without actually hearing it..but could be a worn/ stretched serpentine belt, or a tensioner pulley. these vans are know when they get wet from puddles the belt slips off. theres an aftermarket fix for this which includes a double sided serpentine belt. ask your parts store for more information on this fix.
