Scanner show 02 sensor needs replacing, but which one?

P0141 indicates oxygen sensor 2 in bank 1. Bank 1 is on the side of the engine where the first cylinder is.

Your firing order (and the location of your cylinders) can be found here:

And further reading on the code you pulled can be found here:

How to replace cam shaft sensor

Assuming you have the 2.3 L 4 cylinder engine, the CYP sensor [Honda does not call it a camshaft sensor] is located in the distributor. It also has 2 crankshaft sensors, located down at the front of the crankshaft. You need to remove the timing belt covers to access those.
FYI, P1259 is a VTEC system [variable valve timing] malfunction code. First step would be to change the engine oil and filter. Dirty oil can cause the VTEC solenoid to stick.

P1382 diagnostics code keeps coming up. My car originally stalled out and the spark plugs wouldn't even fire. This is a cylinder sensor problem as I'm sure you're aware, however, I have replaced the ecu...

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. When it wants to die, is it at high rpm or low rpm? Also, how long did you have this problem please?
