Have your drive axles constant velocity joints checked out. Look at the boots covering the cv joints. If they are split your joint is gone. If there is any play in the cv joint they need to be replaced.

My 2000 dodge intrepid has a bouncing or wobbling in the front tires and steering wheel at and speed if i turn the wheel just a little it will stop until i brake or accelerate

Could be anything from a separating tire tread to worn steering linkages or a worn front bearing. For the sake of safety, I would recommend taking the vehicle to a front suspension shop, or a general purpose repair garage, for diagnosis of the issue. If you continue driving the vehicle with the issue you describe, you run the risk of losing control of the vehicle and having a potentially fatal accident... so PLEASE have the issue diagnosed as soon as you are able!

Shakes acceleration

Either a bent rim, tire is out of balanced and tire is bad. Rotate the tires and see if it goes from the wheel to the seat. If you can feel it in the seat then it's a bad tire.

You most likely need to get your wheels/tires rebalanced. Just for safety's sake you may want to get the suspension checked for any loose or worn parts, but my bet is that you just need to get your tires rebalanced and you will be good to go.
