The 700 code means that the Computer controlling the transmission  has detected a malfunction. The 715 code indicates a malfunction in the hydraulic clutch, more precisely the Input/Turbine Speed sensor circuit is faulty. This means that the gearbox can't shift an transmit power properly.
The gearbox must be dismantled to identify the cause of the failure of the sensor and its circuit and to replace it. This is a job for a gearbox specialist, not your average car mechanic, take to car to one if you want it fixed properly.

1998 dodge caravan shifts hard

disconnect battery cables and clamp them together for 5 mins, then re attach. drive nice and easy, your transmission learns your driving style and adjusts shift pressures accordingly. If this does not fix it, you have an actual issue.

My 1998 grand caravan is giving codes 733 and 734, what is happaning?

The codes are for a problem with the ratio between input and output in 3rd and 4th gears.
You'll need a shop to diagnose the transaxle.

Speedometer odometer rpm guage quit

this is going to be one of two things, the first thing i would check is the speed sensor but if the sensor was bad you would have a check engine light on and ****** would not shift normal, if you have a engine light on and shifting problems then replace the speed sensor on the ****** also to double check you can go to any auto parts store and they will scan the computer for codes for check engine light and if theres a speed sensor code then replace the sensor and that will solve the problem but if theres no eng light and van shifts the same then i will say you need to replace the cluster (speedometer). this is replace complete with all the gauges.i have done alot of these, we just get used ones, the mileage wont be the same but so what its alot cheaper than a new one. good day hope this is helpful.

I'm coming up with codes Po700, Po732, Po605, Po720 when I run a diagnostic on my Dodge Grand Caravan Sport, 3.3, 6cyl. Could the TCM (Transmission Control Module)be bad or it just need re-flashing?

I dont think reflashing will help this, the first thing that comes to mind is the output speed sensor, i would replace the sensor and reset the codes and go from there, the out put speed sensor can make all this codes come up, the po720 is the out sensor, when this goes bad the trany doesnt know when to shift gear at the right time so if it shifts at the wrong time you get the other codes like the po732 2nd gear error or po605 internal trans controller, replace the sensor first and see what happens after that, good luck and hope this helps.

How do I check my 1998 Dodge Caravan fault codes. My service engine soon light is on but I'd like to check it out before I take it in to the shop.

Take it to an auto parts store or rent a diagnostic tool to read the codes before taking it to dealer. Most auto parts stores will do it for free if equipped.
