Question about 1991 Honda Accord
If stalling occurs when foot on brake,then chances are you have an air leak,in either the hose from the inlet manifold to the brake servo or a leaking brake servo,as the hose is the cheaper of the two to replace try that first.....

Replace the fuel pressure regulator located on top of the fuel rail.

It could be your ingition coil inside the distributor. It happened to me twice before.
