Under the arm rest are two screws, remove them.
Inside the interioir door pull handle, there is another screw.
From there you can start to pop the door card off (held on by press clips).
Remember there is wiring inside there, don't split the water protection sleeve and undo the battery lead if you are tampering with the electrics.

Get a 18V drill with phillips screw extention and start buzzing the screws in the armrest and under out...the glass could be anywhere so wear gloves.
