Did you get any related engine trouble codes? well for no start it could be a faulty cranskshaft sensor (pos), camshaft sensor (phase) or faulty fuel pump.
check for busted fuse.
check your ignition power and ground.
check power and signal for injectors.

hope this ideas would help.

Have nisssan xterra v6 runs fine untill you floor the gas pedal then it just boggs down looses power

Sounds like you are either starving the engine for fuel or the exhaust is unable to flow freely. Most exhaust shops will test your catalytic converter for free. If it tests good, I would change your fuel filter. And check your air filter.

Something is wrong with the fuel. Stuck sensor, intermittent something.. if it happens consistently (cold start) then leave it at the dealer so they can see it. It's probably burning up your new converter.

2004 nissan altima 2.5s, engine wont start maybe battery, but wont even boost now....

It may not start now because the battery is completely dead. Take your battery to an auto parts store and have it checked. Chances are, since 2004, you may need a new one. Good Luck

Son has a 2005 Nisssan Altima and Hear clicking sound.

Most likely the alternator, chech for loose connections at the alternator first, if you have access to a voltmeter you can easily check this.Get the car started and place the leads to the battery terminals,if the alternator is good you should get about 14.8 v at idle and it will go as high as 15.5v to 16v as you rev the engine up.Anything between 12v and 14v at idle indicates a weak or not operating alternator. If you get a good reading run it for a bit and then see if it will start again,if it wont start check the battery cables(especially the negative) for corrosion or loose connections, look for cuts or tears in the insulation or a bulge in the cable wich will indicate corrosion under the insulation. If everything else checks out good and it still won't start then you'll need to look towards the starter.
