Replaced water pump but cant find where to plug sensor back in

You didn't say what sensor, or whether it is 4 or 6 cylinder. Assuming you are talking about the water temperature sensor, it is located (from standing over the front bumper) on the top, right side of the lower intake manifold. You will see it by looking under the bulge of the upper half of the intake manifold, the part with the air passages. It mates onto the lower intake manifold, which has water cooling passages, making it an ideal location for the water temperature sensor.

Water standing on passagers side, drove about 50 miles low coolant light came on running fine and heater seems to be working

The problem is that the heater core has started to leak. The 'water' on the passenger side floor is actually coolant that is leaking from the heater core (hence the low coolant light).

Water dripping onto the floor on passenger side below the dash broad

Under the passenger side of the vehicle, near where your feet are, should be a drain tube. This get clogged from time to time by road grime and usually insects, so carefully use a small screwdriver to clean it out. If this clogs, the A/C system cannot remove its own condensation and it backs up into the car.

V6 amigo overheated and lost coolant out of the lower rear of the engine. No moiosture in oil or white smoke. stopped running and won't start. Feel some compression out of the top of radiator when I try to...

Your head gasket has blown out of the side. It'll blow air into the water passage and this is why you feel air out of the top of the radiator. It blew away from the oil passage and this is why you don't have water in the oil.
