Question about Volkswagen Passat
Check the EGR valve. Clean the valve properly there must be carbon build up on it.
Clean it and refit the valve then recheck. If still the same problem then check the fuel filter clean it.It must be clogged. If fuel filter is very old.Replace the filter and then check.
But if still the same error message, then its related to error code. You will have to get the exact error code detected by getting the car diagnosed at the scan center.
At diagnosis center you will receive the errorcode. As per the error code it will detect the exact faulty part in the car dueto which the problem is occurring. For more help :--- at www.autozone.com itsabsolutely free to get car scanned.
You can also get this scanning done first before checking and replacing any part.scanning will give you the exact error code so as per that you can replace the part and the error will be cleared.
Its absolutely free at auto-zone service center and they also deals in parts. So if faulty part detected then you can get it replaced from there center directly.
