Hi,
Then I would recommend replacing the oil pan. You can get it for 80$ from this online seller. If you have any other questions let me know.

Is there a way to drill drain plug from center, and then maybe breaking plug with a cold chisle.

    Thanks,

    BD

You can drill it out from the center, but you run the risk of not only getting shavings in the oil pan but damaging the threads, but you can try to attempt it if you have the proper tools.
    Thank you,

How to check transmission fluid level

Most 1995-on VW models don't have a transmission fluid dipstick for checking the transmission fluid level. To fill and check the level of the VW automatic transmission fluid you have to remove a plug on the side or bottom (location depends on model and if you have an automatic vs. manual transmission) of the transmission drain pan. The factory manual refers the expensive VAG 1924 special tool for pumping the VW automatic transmission fluid into the oil pan.

Where is oil plug on a 2005 volkswagen jetta and what tool is needed?

Should be on the back side of the oil pan about dead center. At least for the 1.8 and 2.0 liter engines. You will need a 19mm wrench or socket (if its the O.E. drain plug). Be careful when tightening the drain plug after draining the oil. The oil pan is aluminum and we replace a fair amount of them because the threads for the drain plug are stripped out. The drain plug only needs to be torqued to 22 ft-lb.

I have a 2002 VW Jetta TDI and am problems with turbo.

Hallo
1.Disconect lower hose from intercooler and oil (from 0,1 liter or more) (sometimes 1-2 liters) comes out, you should not drive it.(car had probably loose power) Change the turbine, oil and oil filter. do not forget to disconect lower hose and let oil drain out. Otherwise when new turbine is instald, the air flow will **** this oil inside the engine and distroy it.
2.your car is not designed to run without turbine and will not work like normal disel.(SDI).
hope it helps

Stripped out oil drain plug

I have a similar situation on a 2000 VW Jetta. It's an easy fix. Do nothing to the plug, leave it there. I replace my oil using a small pump that was purchased from JC Whitney that removes the oil from the pan via the dipstick hole. Basically, it pulls the oil up via a long tube and into some container. Works fine, I recommend it.
