I think that the trany inline filter, this need to be put back up, you will loose your trany fluid if that breaks or something pulls it out, this may have just rusted loose from its bracket, have it rehung.

My 2000 ford focus car was stuck in snow and when I finally got out of the snow bank, my car now has something hanging from the front end and it is making a really loud noise. It is having trouble exc

This is probably just a splash guard that came loose under the car and hitting or dragging. Take a look under for something big and plastic that looks out of place around the wheel wells and under the bumper.

My Daewoo matiz se plus 2000, is leaking clear liquid which is slightly oily, at the front underneath of the car.

that sounds like it might be power steering fluid, so check your level, and look at hoses and hose ends where they go into the pump reservoir. If that all looks good, it might be your brakes-check your brake reservoir level, and look at the metal lines that run from the master cylinder, under the car to each wheel.

Where do you relieve the fuel pressure at when changing the fuel filter on a 1996 Plymouth Voyager with a 3.3L engine (short wheel base)

there is no pressure regulator only one is built into the fuel tank to relive the pressure look on fuel rail for a small valve looks like a valve stem similar to tires stem it as a black plastic cover unscrew that and push with a pointy object

Metal piece hanging in middle of undercarriage just behind wheels

It's likely the heat shield for the catalytic converter. There's really no repair for it. Mechanics won't usually spot weld it and they can't remove it. Apart from a little rattle now and then, there's really nothing to worry about.

Oil Filter Location on 2009 Kia Borrego W/3.8 ltr

nazof is exactly right. Totally disregard emissionwiz and clint_carter. I have the exact same vehicle and have changed the oil and filter myself. The filter is located right in the middle, almost up against the firewall, after you pop the plastic engine cover. You must twist off a plastic cap and then pull the filter (a cartridge type) straight up and out. There are two replacement rubber rings that should come with your replacement filter. One goes on the plastic cap (just above the screw threads) and the other much smaller one goes at the end of a plastic rod that is connected to the cap.
