Could be a number of issues. my first choice would be a vacuum leak. start the motor and listen for a hissing sound. a vacuum guage tho would be my first choice. stuck valves will cause similiar problems as well as a failing coil pack. i would investigate a vacuum leak as the first and most likely cause.

I have heard that air in the coolant will affect the idle speed, also a vacuum leak.

I am having trouble with my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS. Its idling very low RPM, about 500 rpm, and stalling. Causing battery gauge to go down.

Depending on which engine you have, there should be an idle speed control motor or air valve that controls idle speed.
It could be faulty or dirty.

Idle up and down when Neutral

Hi
The clutch perssure plates seems worne off. you will have to replace them .
You can start by adjusting the clutch setting ...drive for a few days and if still problem persists then go in for a pressure plate change..

Burning lots of oil . but gasgets all ok.and need to know if can slightly speed up engine without computer assistance. 1.8 st celica n.reg.

You must have worn poston rings or worn vavle guide seals causing the accesive oil burning. As for raising your engine idle speed, it can be done by adjusting your idle screw, but it's not recommended. Factory idle is about 700-750 RPM.

My 96 toyota celica 2.2 Liter will (5SFE0) will not idle down to where its supposed to be whenever i come to a stop. It stays at about 1700 rpm. I have to step on the gas to make come down to 750 rpm where...

Probably the "idle speed controller",(the ecu is programmed with target idling speeds values to respond to different engine conditions, coolant temp, a/c on/off etc, sensors transmit signals to the ecu which controls the flow of air through the bypass of the throttle valve and adjust idle speed top target value)
however this what the manual says,
check for defective throttle linkage or cable
check idle up-up vacum switching valve
check coolant temp sensor
check throttle position sensor.
Usually if its major, then the check engine light comes on,

Certainly sounds like the o2 sensors have become contaminated and are not acting as fast as they used to , or are supposed to.

2003 Tiburon GT, RPM's drop way down and idles rough at stop's?

More maintenance history needed. Oil changed regularly, timing belt replaced at 60 K miles, Engine air filter & intake air hose inspection?
Causes of the problem you describe are many. Recommend you have a technician check your throttle position sensor for any bad spots in the potentiometer... most likely cause when there is NO Check Engine light.
