Hm. sounds like a relay is sticking for the fuel pump.

I have this same problem but it has worsened in the past few months to the point were ill leave the car in the on position for over an hour before it will maybe start. did you ever fix this?

If changing the relay didn't help, check with a test light for current at the fuel pump connection, or take a deep breath (so to speak) and go for the fuel pump if you think that's the problem. That's probably more expensive than the relay. However, that would be the next step, assuming that the wiring in between is alright and shows current at the pump with the pump not working.

Also, check that the injectors are getting sufficient pressure to work (I know if the fuel pump doesn't work you won't see any pressure). Use a noid light and/or a stethoscope to verify clicking of the fuel injectors.

If the fuel injectors and fuel pump are not working, maybe the computer is the next thing to investigate.

Maybe try to swap it out to see if that helps, by a process of elimination.

Can codes be pulled from 95 jeep without a scanner

Yes. Turn the ignition switch to ON, do not engage the starter. Do this 3 times. On the third time leave the key in the ON position and start counting the number of times that the Check Engine Light flashes on and off. There will be a slightly longer pause when it is flashing out the next digit. Then go to http://autorepair.about.com/library/ts/obd-i/bl-dtcs-75a.htm and see what your code(s) mean.

My friend has a 95 jeep grand cherokee and the windows wont roll down where should i start looking?

start at the switch and check to see if you got power to the switch, then close the switch and check for power after it and at every connector until you lose power or get to the motor. If you don't have power to the which then you know its with the the wiring before the switch. if you lose power after the switch then the switch is bad. and if you lose power between connections then you know its the wiring between those two connections and if you have power going to motor but its not working check the ground side but more than likely the motor is bad.

After i start my 95 jeep grand cherokee limited

crank or camshaft sensor will cause this, a bad crank sensor will cause it not to start or start hard. it controls timing and sends info to pcm for proper fuel mixture and spark at the right time.

first remove the bottom acess panel in glovebox, [3 screws] pull it out. then the far right black oversize fuse closest to you pull out. that is fuse and buzzer for factory alarm.. leave the fuse out and put panel back in. that should disengage the alarm...
