I'd get your brakes checked out. Check for abs trouble codes. I know some of the national brand auto stores will check po codes for free, not sure about abs codes?
That sounds dangerous to me, get it checked out. Till you get it fixed, set your parking brake when you stop, that should help.
the purge solenoid is right next to the battery and has 2 hoses one going to the front of the intake/throttle and one going to the canister under the driver side door and most likely isnt the problem i replaced mine spent 40 bucks and didnt solve the problem
Just ask for the 3,4 shift solenoid, in which case the transmission pan has to be taken off, the filter, and possibly the valve body to get at the solenoid, I don't have my manual right now, so I can't tell you which solenoid it is.
The speed sensor is usually screwed into the side of the tranny near the back end of it, don't confuse it with the back up light switch, that's screwed in somewhere in the center of the tranny. Hope this helped a little. Good Luck.
This DTC code is set when the ATF temperature output voltage is lower than a value generated by thermistor resistance, in a normal operating range, for approximately 1 second or longer. The TCM regards the ATF temperature as fixed at a value of 80 °C(176°F).Solution: Eliminate wiring as the cause. Once you've done that, Recommend you replace the sensor. Otherwise, take the vehicle in to a Hyundai Shop and pay the diagnostic fee. They'll tell you what the problem is and the cost to repair it (parts, labor, & tax).
