If the problem did not begin until after the "mechanic" did the tune-up, return the vehicle and encourage him to make it right. Also, if the "mechanic" could not find the probable cause of the misfire, have him do a proper diagnosis to isolate it.

Vibration in the steering wheel on a 4wd truck

I just had the same issue with a 1999 2500HD and the vibration got worse above 50 mph. Problem was resolved with a new driveshaft. Old one (aluminum) was badly out of true and the problem didn't really occur until I had the U joints changed - then bent driveshaft vibration was noticeable. New driveshaft resolved issue.

My car acceleartes really slowly when I push down on the throttle

First thing to do would be a tune up with plugs and wires, also the fuel filter. If the motor is trying to accelerate faster than the car is moving I would check Transmission fluid. Hope these ideas help to get you in the right direction. Have a good day.

Vibration on fuel pedal of 1999 suburvan

This may be caused by bad motor mounts. Lift your hood and then start the engine. Put it in reverse and hold the brake. Push on the gas peddle and watch the engine. If it trys to roll over they may be bad. Be careful.

Loud roar or vibration

Start by inspecting your tires. Look for uneven tread ware, tire separation (a bubble) on the inside or outside. Then change the fluid in your front and rear differential. This will tell you if you have a gear problem. Change the fluid in your transfer case also for indication of a gear problem.
