Valves are all bent. The piece of timing belt is jammed and locking your motor up. Replacing the timing belt isn't really that hard if you understand how to get the engine back to #1 TDC on the compression stroke but you are going to have to have the head checked to make sure any and all bent valves are replaced. Get the Haynes repair Manual on your vehicle if your going to do this job yourself.

My timming belt broke will driving my 1997 dodge

Possibly. That engine is an interference engine meaning the pistons can contact the valves and cause damage if the timing belt breaks.

If timing belt breaks would it damage the engine

If the timing belt breaks it could very well damage the engine, How ever that is rare. It may have jumped or slipped due to stretching or a weak tension-er. If the belt is broke the motor would not run at all, It sounds as though it slipped or some of the splines have stripped off.

Honda 2001 crv bad timming belt didnt break but lost few teeth skip timming is it worth saving please help!

Well it is an interference engine which means if the belt breaks the pistons could damage the valves.
If it only jumped a couple of teeth it may not have damaged anything.
I would put a new belt on and check compression.

Replaceing timming belts A, and B,

If I understand you correctly it seems like belt "b" came off. If in deed it came off it is possible that it did som damage to the crank sensor and now since the computer doest have an rpm reference the vehicle won't start. You may have to revisit the work done and make sure everything is in order. Keep in mind this is an interference engine. Meaning that misalignment of the cam and crank or a belt coming off or breaking while everything is in motion will cause internal damage to the engine. Good luck.

My timing belt finally went out and was wondering if i did any damage to my engine

normally when this happens the damage will mainly be bent valves wich will cause car to loose compression and not start unless you do head job.only way to know is try and do compression test after timming belt is done but then you will have to take timming off again i would take head off when changing timming belt..
