code 69 is the coolant temp senor open or disconnected
Below is a link to the diagnostic routines for OBD1 Mazda fault codes, go to page 21 of the PDF file for the troubleshooting of code 69. this is a fairly large file so be patient when downloading, it is safe.

Sounds like you might need a new oxygen sensor and possibly a crank sensor. but that's a lot of codes if the engine runs without overheating it might be the computer or something along those lines.
