Question about 1992 Lexus Ls 400
Cigarette lighters are not working, thus I cannot use my car charger. I think the fuse is blown but I don't know which fuse to pull to see if the fuse is actually blown. I know where the fuse box is; but it doesn't have a lid with the diagram describing/labeling the fuses. HELP!

There are 2 fuse boxes, 1 is in the engine compartment on the drivers side. It is right behind the battery. Black cover with 2 plastic screw heads. Unscrew the 2 screws and the cover will come off. And then turn the cover upside down & it shows the fuses & relays aand their locations.
The 2nd fuse box is inside the vehicle on the drivers side under the dash board right next to the parking brake pedal.
