I don't have a solution but my car did the same thing in october 2009 and i still have not had it repaired. I am told it is something electrical because its your fuel pump is not coming on and that is why the car is not starting but it doesnt make since why the windows and power seats dont work. I have also been told the only thing that connects the 3 of them is the body control module.

My 1997 oldsmobile 88 ls wont start, the power windows, power locks and power seats dont work either

Jump it off then check the battery voltage with a volt meter, shoul read approx. 13.8v when running. If less the altenator is most likely bad not charging the battery. If it does read approx 13.8v replace the battery.

95 olds 88 3.8l wont start i have fuel and spark......i had loss of power on the way home from work and it died in my drive way and now wont restart it does have a new crank sensor and fuel pump

It may be time for a pro to look at it. You dont want to guess wrong on a PCM. Are you sure you have Injector pulse? One side of the fuel injectors should have power and the pcm grounds them to make them open. If the engine runs on carb cleaner its not getting fuel.

I have a 1998 olds 88 the power windows and power seats stopped working and it cranks but will not start.

Some of these cars have a double positive battery cable at the battery if it is like that remove the cables and clean them and reinstall them if they won't tighten good enough you can add a washer between them to get them to tighten down. There is a round block of lead between them that gets smashed down over time that causes them to not tighten up if it looses power on one cable that feeds the cars ignition and other things like power seats and windows it will still crank over but not start.
