Question about 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix
2001 grand prix will not start. New battery installed, there is not even click from the starter coil. Went through the security procedures suggested on line , (turn key on and leve it on for 10 min and then off for 5 sec. rep. three times) nothing. any sugestion before I take it to the dealer?
Have you tried checking your ground wire? 1.Try taking each end apart giving it a good sanding to clean up to bare metal and try again. 2. The ground wire itself or other wires running to the coil, might need to be replaced. Try taking off individual wires and testing them with a 12 volt light bulb to see if current is still following through them. Good Luck.
