Both headlights went out at the same time ? i still have side lights, spots and main beam

Depending on the year and model Ford, there could be fuses for the headlights, or a circuit breaker inside the headlight switch.
The dimmer switch could have failed.

The low beams on my 2006 buick lacrosse wont work the bulbs and fuses have been replaced but they still wont work

Shannon, you did not state if you checked for voltage at the fuse location-or better yet at the bulb location-
If a connection at the relay that feeds power to the low beams has come loose, then the low beams will stay out. Suggest that you locate the headlight relay (in a box under the hood) and verify that it is operating. If an assistant can operate the headlights while you listen (and feel) for relay operation, then you can eliminate that as an issue. Next would be the output of the relay (contacts could be bad) - and if you cannot open the relay to verify good contacts, then purchase a replacement relay (possibly from a junkyard) and plug that in.

Remember, the relay supplies the power to the headlights.

Both Low beam headlights aren't working in my 2002

my suggestion is that you check/ replacr the HDM(headlight driver module) relay in the main fuse box located under the hood near the battery.

My full beam is working but i have no normal main lights

Rovers have individual fuses per light (beam) Yes there are 4 fuses for your headlights. Usually located in fuse panel below steering column. If fuses are good then dimmer switch (lever for switching) is bad.

is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. The fuse label is attached under the steering column. If something electrical in your vehicle stops working, check for a blown fuse first. Headlights went out. Replaced bulbs and switch and still lights don't work. Fog lights and high beams work? What else can work?

If high beams work and low beams do not, then it is probably the high/low relay. It is part number 15016745 and has four prongs. To test if your relay has gone bad locate the relay in your fuse box. There will be two of these relays located next to each other. One controls the low beam headlights and the other the cooling fan. Swap the relays and check your low beam headlights. If the low beams work you have a bad relay.

Headlights wont work

Fuse 22 and fuse 23 are left and right low beam headlamp fuses located in the PDC. 23 and 24 are high beam fuses. There is also a low beam and a high beam relay in PDC as well. If no headlights work I would check for main switch or multifuction switch (wiper/high beam) since each light has its own fuse and relay.
