They use throw away bolts. One use only, so don't reuse your old ones. You will need new ones. The smaller bolts 1st torque setting 22Ft/Lbs and the larger 26ft/lbs, the 2nd torque setting 60 degrees both bolt sizes and the 60 degrees for the third.

SOURCE: torque wrench settings for ford focus thermostat

There is a set spec, but for the DIY mechanic,,
Using a !/4 " drive, with the correct long socket, apply a FIRM effort on the wrench, but obviously not too much, as to sheer the studs. Always use a NEW gasket on all mating surfaces.

Torque specifications

You have the wrong size Torque Wrench. IF you Torque Wrench measures nm, and it max'd out @ 130, you need a larger Torque Wrench. Convert nm to Ft. Lb and use these if necessary.

What is the required torque to toghten the engine oil drain plug on a 2007 hyundai elantra?

Not specified. Run the bolt in by hand far as you can. Then use a ratchet or box end wrench and give no more pressure than it would take to lift a watermelon. A torque wrench is too long and would likely provide too much force.
