I have had this problem before, In my case i took it to my local machanic and we discovered i had high imput causeing the ac compressor to over charge. and the freon that makes teh cold air, needs to be heated really hight to make the reverse affect of cold air. In return over heating and shutting down blowing hott air for it to cool off. I needed to replace the part that the electrical wire clips into.

Air conditioning start blowing out warm air and the engine light comes on. I have put coolant in it and a new sensor but it's still doing it. What else could it be?

check your condenser fan and make sure it is working and make sure there is no restrictions in front of the condenser or radiator.

My toyota corollas (2004 LE) a/c blows out cold air for 10 min and then starts blowing out warm/hot air. Filled up freon but it did not work.

Sounds like your HAVC pressure switch is going out cutting off prematurely or the system is overcharged and shutting off to prevent damage.

I have a 20000 nessan quest and the airconditioning was working great but all of a sudden the air got warm so I put in 3 cans of freon, then changed the selector but still I get warm air when it was...

3 cans should overcharge & possibly ruin the system

Leave A/C work to the trained mechanics

You need at least a week long class, to even learn the
theory of Air Conditioning for any system & cars are not
the same as commercial work. I think they are harder
to diagnose & work on.

I have a 97 Dodge Concord that the Air Conditioning works great but when put on heat it will not get hot. Any idea to as what could be causing the problem

Is the temp gauge reading normal? If it low it could need a thermostat. If engine temp is ok, then let the engine warm and check the 2 hoses going into the firewall they should both be the same temp. If not then you will need to flush the heater core. If they are the same then you have a heater door under the dash not working

theres a leak somewhere. if it's the same spot, they are NOT doing a good job and you shouldn't have to pay for thier incompintance.

My 2000 camry air conditioning air sometimes gets hot

There are a couple of things things that could cause this. The first thing i would check is your refrigerant level. Low refrigerant would cause your compressor to turn off. The next thing i would check is a restriction in your A/C lines. A restriction would cause a pressure difference allowing ice to build up in side your A/C lines and not allowing your refrigerant to cycle normally, and of course once the ice melted your a/c will work again.

My heater works but air conditioning won't

The Air-conditioning needs to be re-gassed. Take the car to an Auto Mechanic to get the Air-Conditioning re-gassed. They might also need to check it for leaks to make sure the gas stays in.

The air conditioning, the blower fan everything stopped working, on 2002 Nissan Sentra. Does anyone have any suggestions?

One suggestion. Have you checked the fuses ?

I would check the AC or blower fuse to start with. If you have the drivers manual it will show you where the fuse box is. Typically there are at least two boxes to check. One in the Engine compartment and one in the passenger cabin.

Look inside the lid of the fuse box to see which fuse may apply to the AC circuits or the blower and check to see if they are blow. the metal link between the two posts that plug in. If the link is missing you need to replace the fuse with one of the same rating. Make sure you know where you took the fuse out from and put it back in the same slot if its good. Check all the main fuses if possible to see if any have blown and replace if they have.
