There are several cooling lines that run through your vehicle, Cooling you engine block, oils, and there are two lines that run from the back of the motor to inside your cab.(these line run to your heater core, which is the unit that makes your heater work) one of these line could need replaced. Have a machanic check them because its not to costly but tricky to diy.

Probably the water pump. You should see coolant coming from the vent hole on the pump--usually on the bottom.

My 2001 Pontiac montana is leaking coolant when it cool of. Its dripping from the transmition passenger side. I croled underneath and found that the coolant is leaking from the pass side of the engine...

probably a gasket that seals coolant behind cover. I don't remember if there is a freeze plug there.
sometimes a head gasket leak can do the same but not very common.

Coolant leaking from behind engine block

If there is coolant hoses running back there then its either the coolant flange that distributes coolant threw the engine. or a ruptured hose, if there is no such hoses running behind then it could be a crack in the block or a bad head gasket. Just my guess, Does the engine over heat ? Hope it helps

Rattling behind engine driver side

you may have bumped a heat shield causeing the weld to break, So it will vibrate off and on. Start the vehicle get some one to hit the gas a few time see if you can here the noise the reveing of the engen should cause movement on the moter mounts enoughf to cause the noise. DO NOT OVER REV> THE MOTOR. Also you will need the hood raised.
